What is PLEATATION's return policy? 

We are eager to provide you an assuring shopping experience with us at Pleatation. 

Thus, you can enjoy a one-time free 14 days exchange from the date of purchase of your item. Product(s) exchanged must be of same value or higher, no change will be given for an exchange of a lower value. Sale purchases cannot be exchanged.
Returned products will be sent back to our warehouse at: 105 Sims Avenue, #03-01 Chancerlodge Complex S387429 (Weekdays, 9am - 6pm only) at your own costs. Pleatation will bear the costs of re-delivering the exchanged items to you. 


How do I make an exchange? 

Please kindly contact us at, with your order reference number and the Product Code number of the item you would like to have exchanged. Our customer service team will revert back to you within 1 to 2 working days. We will be glad to assist you with your enquiries or issues with the product. Do note that returned items must be in original packaging, and cannot be used or worn before. Pleatation reserves the rights to any reject any exchange products if it is deemed used, defected or past the 14 days policy.  

What if I receive a defected item? 

Before you receive our products, we try our best to ensure that all products sent out are of good quality. However, in any chance you were to receive a defective item, please contact us at and we will send you back a replacement upon verification. 


What are the sizes of your apparels? 

All our apparels are mostly free-size, as our versatile pleats allow a general 'one size fits all' policy. In the event where we have stated sizes on our apparels, they follow the US and UK sizing which can be referred under our Pleat Care category. 

Upon receiving your product, and the size doesn't fit well, we offer a one-to-one exchange. If we are out of stock of the current item, our customer care team will contact you and offer you the option of a store voucher or an alternative item. 

When can I expect new products to be listed on your website? 

As PLEATATION aims to be a full fledged concept shop, you can expect new designs or colours every other day. So stay tuned! 

Do you offer alterations for your apparels?

Yes we do! In fact, we offer free alterations for all our maxi dresses. If you purchased with us online, you can contact us at and we will advise you on how to go about it. Alterations can be done on your own, where you measure it yourself and send it back to us or you can head down to any of our stockists to have it measured and we will take over from there. Alterations take between 2 to 3 working days, and it will be delivered back to your doorstep right after! Do note that we are only able to provide free alterations of 1x per purchase, there is an additional charge of $15 per alteration there after.

How do I start a new account?

2. Click on "Continue" on the left, under the "New Customer" Option.
3. Fill in all the details and click "Continue" once more.
4. You will then receive a Welcome Email as our latest Member. Enjoy!

What payment types do you accept? 

We offer payment by Credit Card (via Paypal) as well Internet Banking. 

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site? 

Shopping in PLEATATION is safe as we do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete. It is submitted directly to Paypal or to the banks for the transfer of funds. 

How do I use the PLEATATION discount voucher? 

Upon checking out, there is an option for you to key in your discount voucher code. Kindly fill in with the given details on the voucher to receive the discount or stored credit.

How long does it take for delivery? 

Delivery times range from 2 to 4 days locally and 1 to 2 weeks internationally based on the country zone. However, on rare circumstances such as festive seasons, it may take longer than the expected delivery date. If you would like to receive your item urgently, just drop us an email, and we will see what we can arrange for you!

What are the postal charges? 

PLEATATION is glad to offer 100% free doorstep delivery for all purchases for any destinations within Singapore. International shipping varies according to the different regions to be shipped to. 

My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?
